Serbs for Serbs - You can be the one as well

On June 22, there was friendly football match between FC White Eagles and their fans Ultra Serbs. The match was held in Toronto. Representative of our organization, Bojan Cvjetkovic, has attended the game and has agreed on cooperation in the future with friends from Toronto. After a very successful organization of charity game, I wanted to write my personal opinion and my express my personal feelings about the occasion and this great event.

As someone who is a big fan of football as sport since I was a little kid, I had a very good feeling about this event from the beginning and the first contact with the fans of Serbian White Eagles, "Ultra Serbs'06." I had a feeling that this will be great event with no problems and I was absolutely correct.

I came to Toronto by the agreement around 13:00 ( 1:00 pm ) local time and I met with the organizers of the game very quickly . They have explained to me what course of events will happen and they immediately surprised me.
At the entrance of the stadium, visitors were able to buy tickets at a price of 20 Canadian dollars as well as T-shirts with the inscription "www.srbizasrbe.org - I ja sam jedan ( I'm one of them as well )" at a cost of 15 dollars. In the meantime, they were giving bags with the inscription of our organization.

The first game that was played was game with Serbian White Eagles junior teams who have proven that the White Eagles do not have to worry about the talent in the future. Around 15:00 ( 3:00 pm ) local time the main game started.
Around 100 people showed up for the game and the number would be even higher if the weather was better, but it was still very good. One of the occasions that brought up my special attention was incoming of Ultra Serbs towards the audience with warm aplauses from each one of them thanking people who came to help the campaign and their picture in front of their banner which stood in the stands will be one everlasting memory for the beginning of cooperation between our organization and this outstanding group of fans.
At the beginning of the event the commentator has listed all the names of all the players who have played and national anthems were played. Game was with the charity purpose therefore, the majority of players were kept away from harm. At the very beginning of the game the storm started, but this has not stopped White Eagles fans, who have not played for a legitimate reason, to get the accordion out and start singing under the covered part of the stadium which kept a beautiful environment to be in.

On behalf of the whole organization, I would like to publicly thank all of Ultra Serbs as well as Serbian White Eagles for this event and I hope that we will have a lot of these actions in the future.
